Acorn Magnet is a magnet manufacturer and solutions partner for B2B buyers. We have spent 15 years in the neodymium magnet trade. We specialise in custom magnets and precision customisation, holding tight tolerances of ±0.02 mm (down to ±0.01 mm) on high-performance parts. We supply custom sintered neodymium magnets and magnetic assemblies for motors, sensors, automation and consumer electronics.
Our engineering and project team works hand in hand with a network of long-standing partner factories. Together we cover the full production chain: melting, jet milling, pressing, vacuum sintering, multi-wire cutting, chamfering, coating, magnetisation and inspection. We match your project to the right process and the right line. That is how we keep our promise on delivery time and quality.
What We Do as a Magnet Manufacturer
Standard magnet: Discs, blocks, rings, arcs, countersunk, and other common shapes; grades from N30-50SH; tolerances from ±0.1 mm to ±0.05 mm, and the magnetization direction and the coating method are as requirements.
Industrial magnet: Tight tolerances (down to ±0.02 mm), complex geometries, high-temperature grades (H / SH / UH / AH), radial and multipole magnetisation, and strict control of flatness, parallelism and concentricity. These parts go into motors, sensors, encoders and other demanding applications.
Every Part Starts With Your Drawing
Sintered neodymium magnets are easy to buy off a shelf, and that is not what we are for. Every order starts from your drawing, your sample or your application requirement, and the specification is agreed with you before production starts.
That focus is what sets a magnet manufacturer apart. We hold tight tolerances on small and awkward parts, and we would rather talk about your working conditions than about a stock list.
What We Run
We run 25 multi-wire saws with a combined capacity of about 1 tonne of material a day, plus two small saws kept free for samples. Four double-side grinders control thickness and parallelism. Cutting, finishing, coating, magnetisation and inspection all happen in our own workshop, and every order is inspected three times.

Why Buyers Choose Acorn
Fifteen years in the trade taught us what purchase managers actually need. They need a magnet manufacturer who states the tolerance, the grade and the lead time up front, and then hits all three. That is the whole job here.
Three things set us apart. First, we inspect every order three times: the incoming blank, the cut part and the coated part. We catch a bad part before packing, not after it reaches your line. Second, we keep two small saws free for samples, so your prototype never queues behind a bulk order. Third, we agree the specification in writing before the first part is cut. When something changes later, the change is documented and agreed by both sides. It does not travel by assumption.

We supply REACH and RoHS compliant magnets. We share material data sheets on request. Our factory has held ISO 9001 certification since 2021.
We export to Southeast Asia, Europe and North America. Our customers build motors, sensors, automation equipment and consumer electronics.
