Why Certainty Is Our Whole Business
With 15 years in the neodymium magnet industry, we spent years working through the complaints and feedback that come with this trade. Nearly all of them, whether about quality, delivery time, budget or payment terms, point to the same cause: a lack of certainty. Over-promising at the start is the root of most problems that follow.
Choosing a custom magnet manufacturer who communicates clearly and keeps commitments is a headache for many purchase managers. We founded this company to remove that risk. Our job is to take unnecessary surprises out of your supply chain.
How a Custom Magnet Manufacturer Builds a Quote
Send a drawing, a 3D file, a sample or a rough idea. Our engineers review it before we quote, so the price is tied to something we can actually make.
The quote is written against a defined specification. Grade, coating, magnetisation, tolerances and inspection method are all stated, together with the lead time. Nothing is left to assumption.
Every extra cost is named up front. Air freight, custom packing and special finishes appear in the quote, not on a later invoice. No hidden surcharges.
What Happens When Something Changes
Specifications change, material markets move and export rules tighten. What matters is that you hear about it early, in writing, and with options.
When a change affects your order, we tell you what changed, why, what the alternatives are and what it does to the delivery date. The change is documented and agreed by both sides before work continues. Changes do not travel by assumption.
How You Hear About Problems Early
If something goes wrong in production, inspection, packing or shipping, you hear it from us before you have to ask. We would rather send an awkward message early than a confident one late.
For rare-earth material there is one more moving part: China’s export control process. Shipments may be inspected, and some products need a dual-use export licence. If your order falls into that group, we tell you before you place it, not after payment.
Response Times
- Enquiries. Answered within 24 hours.
- Sampling. About 15 days from a confirmed drawing.
- Changes. Confirmed in writing before production continues.
- Problems. Reported with the situation, the cause, the options and a revised date.
- Disputes. A clear written procedure to a fair, documented resolution.
We do not chase short-term, one-off deals. As a custom magnet manufacturer, we build long-term partnerships on predictability. Our goal is for you to stop worrying about surprises from your supplier.
What We Do Not Do
We do not quote a price before we understand your part. We do not promise a delivery date we cannot hold. We do not hide a cost in a later invoice. And we do not ship a part that failed its own inspection.
These are not small rules. They are what the first 15 years taught us. Most supplier problems start with one of those four habits, and none of them survive a documented, two-sided agreement.
If a manufacturer cannot tell you, in writing, what the tolerance is and when the part ships, walk away. As a custom magnet manufacturer, we would rather you test us on that than take our word for it.
